• Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

• You mean the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period expires 2 days from the date on which the Premium access or service was delivered or activated.

Approved refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after acceptance of the refund request, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Conditions for Refunds

A purchase is eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The purchase was made within the last 2 days.
• The Premium access was not used to download files (incomplete downloads do not count).
• The refund request is based on a valid reason (for example, Premium features do not function as described).
• The payment was not made using cryptocurrencies.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only regularly priced purchases are eligible for refunds. Discounted or promotional purchases may not be refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Key codes, prepaid codes, and redeemable keys are strictly non-refundable.

Purchases processed through Exotecho use a key code delivery system. Once a key code is delivered, the purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, the refunded amount may be lower than the original purchase price.
