You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 2 days from the date on which the Premium access or service was delivered or activated.

Approved refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after acceptance of the refund request, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
A purchase is eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

Only regularly priced purchases are eligible for refunds. Discounted or promotional purchases may not be refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Key codes, prepaid codes, and redeemable keys are strictly non-refundable.
Purchases processed through Exotecho use a key code delivery system. Once a key code is delivered, the purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.
Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, the refunded amount may be lower than the original purchase price.
